Where is Surrender Festival?
Surrender Festival is hosted amongst the beautiful Hampshire countryside at Dummer Down Farm, a working farm. The closest train stations are Basingstoke (10 minutes) and Winchester (20 minutes). The closest airport is Southampton.

When is Surrender Festival?
Surrender Festival will take place on Saturday 12th August.

What are the opening and closing times?
Entrance to the festival is from 11am, and acts and performances finish at 11pm.

Do you offer public coaches or shuttles?
Yes a shuttle service will be running to/from Basingstoke train station. You can purchase our shuttle return tickets for just £10.

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes we have plenty of parking, although we encourage car sharing wherever possible. Parking is completely free.

Are dogs or animals allowed?
Pet dogs and other animals are not allowed on site. However, service dogs are allowed.

Is the festival vegan /vegetarian-friendly?
There will be a range of nutritious and healthy food and drink available from our on-site café, as well as at our juice & salad cart vendor, including vegetarian and vegan food. The café closes at 4pm.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
By all means, you can bring your own food and drink. The on-site café will close at 4pm, so if you wish to eat after this, and you don't fancy salad, you will need to bring a picnic.

Will you serve alcohol?
We will not be selling any alcohol at the event. However, you will not need alcohol to enjoy yourself at this festival.

How much does a ticket cost?
First release tickets are £69, second release tickets are £79, and final release tickets are £89. So the earlier you purchase your ticket, the better.

Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds.

Is there access for people with disabilities?
Yes there is disability access, as well as a disabled toilets.

Are there toilets?
Yes we have toilets on the festival site.

Are there cashpoints on site?
There are no cashpoints on site, but the on-site café does take cards. If you plan to have a healing session, it is recommended that you bring cash along in case you want to donate money to your healing practitioner. However, some of our healing practitioners will accept card.

Can I camp?
No, this is a day festival only so there will not be camping, however there are an array or Airbnbs, hotels, and Bed and Breakfasts in the surrounding area.

Do I have to pay extra to be part of any activities, ceremonies, or private healing sessions?
No, we hate unknown added costs as much as you do. Everything is included with the price of your ticket. While the private healing sessions are free, donations are greatly appreciated.

Is this festival child-friendly?
Yes, by all means bring your children if they want to come. children under 3 years old can come for free. For children that are between 3 and 12 years old, tickets are £29.99. We are also very interested in helping YOUR inner child to resurface.
